From initial enquiry to the implementation of your garden design, we’ll be with you every step of the way ensuring your whole experience is easy and enjoyable. With over 16 years’ experience in designing and landscaping award-winning gardens, we’re here to listen and guide you to the perfect garden for you and your home.

1. Initial Enquiry  

If you’re looking for help with your garden project, and you like what you see here on our website, simply get in touch to see how we can help. If you’ve never embarked on a garden transformation project before then you’re in the right place – we’re here to help you step by step through the process, ensuring you get the best possible results for your investment.

2. Initial Consultation  

From our first conversation, we’ll establish the parameters of your project and advise on the various avenues available to you.  Our detailed Project Requirements Questionnaire helps you get crystal clear on what it is you want and need from your new garden.  The results from this then help us advise you with the best way forwards for your project, whether that’s engaging our award-winning design services or going straight to the landscaping phase.

3. Design and Development  

For the design phase, you have our three unique design packages to choose from.  We present these to you in a comprehensive proposal that outlines everything we will do for you.  Once you decide which option you’d like to proceed with, we arrange a survey of your garden and the design process flows through to a full set of plans that captures everything you need in order to create your ideal garden.

4. Appointing a Contractor  

After the design phase is complete, and you’re delighted with the plans, it’s time to appoint a contractor.  We can work with someone you already know or source a suitable firm on your behalf.  We vet all contractors very carefully to ensure you will be working with trustworthy, reliable people who are friendly, efficient and work to an exceptionally high standard.

5. Implementing the Design  

As the build phase of the project gets underway, we’re here to provide advice and guidance as the project progresses.  Unlimited telephone support is included as part of our service, we also offer a project management service if you require more in-depth involvement with the build.

6. Aftercare Service  

With Gardens for Good you receive a continued aftercare service once the project is complete.  Whether that is simply being available to answer questions and offer advice on your garden, or if you need help to source and/or manage maintenance teams to take care of your garden.  You may even want to develop other areas of your property or explore projects further afield, whatever it is, we’re here to help.

7. Garden Party  

To mark the completion of your garden project, we are delighted to offer the option of organising a special Gardens for Good Garden Party on your behalf.  Drinks and nibbles on the lawn is a great way to share your new living space with your family and friends!
